Facebook is one of the illusion that saperate us from the would .Facebook catchs our attention so much that we don't even focus on what going on in the real world,we start to care about is what is happening to our friends on Facebook and their life.we don't stop and thing about what happen to us that we are using facebook every day and we just care that Facebook was created to keep as in touch with new people and our friends. but sometimes that not the point we do on facebook.Sometimes we talk to people we don't even know, we send request to people we like to know and became their friend.sometimes we forget what we are doing that when we see Facebook we start to to forget what happen and focus on the life off facebook.

I chose facebook  because facebook is like a virus that spend when we see it.As soon as we sign in we have nothing to do we what going on with the would we just don't care anymore it like we are in the facebook world now as soon as we start using facebook.With facebok i can do many thing for example,find an old friend,meet new people,poke people, find some interesting info about someone i know, and more.The thing that are on facebook can keep as in company for the rest of the day and the next day.I think facebook is a mind controller it know what the mind wants and it knows how to get our attention.

Summary of Plato’s “Allegory of the Cave”

In Plato’s “Allegory of the Cave,” Socrates describes how a person in the outside world is can be different from a person in a prison house. In a prison-house, vary little things are around you,a have a fire which give light,a light wall which shows the shadows of the people walking. As a prisoner he doesn't know what the shadows are,he just knows it comes by once or twice and that the only thing that entertains him. A prisoner may know more about what around him than the outside because he has been in the place for a long time that he has surrounded. A person whom is in the outside knows more about nature and other things than the prisoner in the inside. When we first start facing truth,the process may be frighting,and many people run back to their old lives.  Is a prisoner any different from an outside person?

My Place in the Cave

Is a prisoner any different from an outside person? In my belief "maybe".why? Because when you become a prisoner for a long time nothing is going to change your still human you are just missing out on thing that are happening but when you get out you are going to question many thing and it going to make people think you are a crazy person.Am a prisoner who is still chained and see the shadows every day and think about what it is and what is making it happen about once a day.i challenge my friends when a shadow comes bye we try to gust what it is but for it seems that every time one comes by it a different one meaning. Theirs nothing new around me nothing to remember nothing to small and nothing to look forward to because nothing happen expert for shadows coming bye.As a prisoner  i did lean anything till i got release and started seeing and asking question.The sun thought me a lot of thing i need to know about the place am standing just bye see it,now i understand what the shadows that was passing means and i try to tell my friends what it means but i thought about it and decided not to tell cause it going to be new to them and their not going to know what am trying to tell them.Am a prisoner who is still chained and see the shadows every day and think about what it is and what is making it happen about once a day.I challenge my friends when a shadow comes by,we try to gust what it is but for it seems that every time one comes by it a different one and different meaning.Theirs nothing new around me nothing to remember nothing look forward to because nothing happen expert for shadows comes by.

   

"And if he is compelled to look straight at the light, will he not have a paining his eyes which will make him turn away to take in the objects of vision which he can see and which he will conceive to be in reality clearer than the thing which are now being shown to him?"I agree with this Quote because as a prisoner i was in the dork for a long time and when i got release and looked up into the sky the sun it was so bright that my eyes started to burn.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

What evidence in your life supports your claim that you are where you are? The evidence that show am at the right place is the people around me because i kinder look like them human even know am a prisoner am still human, so by seeing human on the planet am at the right place.

My opinion is there is know different between these two people the only different is one is in one place which their nothing to discover and one is in a place of new things happen everyday.

LAB #2

In the movie "The Truman show  to many thing in life for example reality shows today  “The Bachelor," “Survivor," or “The Real World” all have something in common, all this shows are being firmed in real life, but this time the directors have permission to firmed their real life on like Truman who never new on till the end. In the The Truman show Truman is the one who is making the show a realty because he's being filmed everyday and min of is life and he does know about it. In real life now some people know when their being firm.

The Bachelor,Survivor,and The Real World all have something in common. The people that are in the show knows what going. The people agreed to be firmed like the Truman show, The people like the idea of being on tv 24/7. Most of the shows have to do with finding love,but in The Truman Show it mostly had to do with how he lived is life from a kid to a growled up. "The Truman show" shows many thing in life that is truth.

What are the similarities and differences between The Truman Show and Plato's "The Allegory of the Cave"?
The Truman show and The Allegory of the Crave have many similarities and difference. In the movie The Truman show it mostly focus on the realty life of truman, in Allegory of the Cave focus on how a prisoner can only see what in front on him which is the shadow passing by. Some of the similarities in the truman show and allegory of the cave is that both person can only see what in front of him and not the outside, both person study what comes around them.

The differences between the Allegory and Truman is that in the story The Allegory of the Cave the prisoner can only see one thing which is the shadows theirs nothing around them expect for fire and other prisoners. In The Truman Show Truman learn many things, he discover many thing, he had is own world,he had a job, he had a dream girl in is mind, he had feels, he had a relationship, he had a family that love him but in the Allegory the prisoners had nothing but a shadow wall.

I don't agree to the fact that the realty shows we have today is like the Truman show because in realty shows we have today it seems like the people that are in the show are not them self their acting like someone else. In The Truman Show Truman is himself as someone who  is trying to live a good life after the loss of is father. As for my opinion truman is the real realty show.
