Blog 19 Stuff

Everyday minors like this people work on unsafe condition and sometimes they die just because they are looking for little pieces of gold at unsafe places.

  • About 75% of the time when minors find a product underground it most gold and we use it for jewelry. Not all country have a gold land some country like south Africa is the biggest supplier currently providing the worlds gold.

  • When gold is found underground it not just look like a ring or a jewelry but it looks like little pieces ore gold(ore)  and before it becomes a ring it takes process

The cyanide ion, CN.
From the top:
1. Valence-bond structure
2. Space-filling model
3. Electrostatic potential surface
4. "Carbon lone pair" HOMO/LUMO

1.when gold(ore) is found many toxic, metals like cadmium and other stuff are surrounding it so they pour a chemical called Cyanide to separate the chemicals apart.

2.The toxic puddle get jumbled together with all the mining waste to create a big toxic mess which often ends up in the river and lakes, and then people drink it.

What do you think the true cost of this item?
To be honest the hundred dollars we pay for gold is not the truth cost, I believe the truth cost cannot just be hundred or millions of dollars but maybe billions of dollars and I will explain why: Gold is not a easy thing to find some times you have to go really deep underground just to find one little pieces and the person whom is searching is in danger every time he enters underground. And when gold is found not only do they just sell it to us they use toxic chemical to clean it and make it into jewelry and what they do with the toxic the release it to river and lakes and animals die and human drink it and we become in danger of a get sick and die.To be honest I think we should stop looking for gold underground if worker are put in unsafe conditions every day and Toxic chemicals are going to be used.

  1. I like your insightful conclusion--a piece of shiny jewelry is not worth the destruction it creates. I agree. I think we accept this "reality" because we really do not understand what it means.

    Very clear explanation.
